Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship orders using trusted national carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Carrier selection may vary based on destination, package size, and shipping method selected at checkout.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
A shipment is considered fulfilled once it is marked “Delivered” by the carrier.
If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received:
- Check surrounding delivery areas and confirm with other members of your household or building.
- Please allow 2–3 business days, as carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered prior to final drop-off.
- If the package does not arrive, contact the carrier directly to file a delivery claim.
If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact us at hello@getbuddy.co. At our sole discretion, we may offer a one-time replacement at a discounted rate.
Refunds are not issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, and for maintaining the accuracy of their shipping information for any subscription orders.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an incorrect address is provided, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
