Buddy Pets Inc. is committed to making getbuddy.co accessible and inclusive for people with disabilities. We want every dog owner to be able to find information about our products and make confident choices for their dog’s health.

Our Accessibility Goal

Our goal is for getbuddy.co to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. We regularly evaluate and improve the website using automated testing, keyboard testing, and manual review.

Measures We Take

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Our work includes:

• Supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus
• Providing meaningful alternative text for images
• Using clear headings, labels, names, and instructions
• Maintaining readable color contrast and supporting reduced-motion preferences
• Reviewing important customer journeys, including subscription and checkout experiences, with a focus on the areas within our control

Known Limitations

Some features provided by third parties—including customer reviews, checkout and payment services, and embedded interactive content—may not work equally well with every combination of browser and assistive technology. We continue to evaluate these services, report accessibility issues to their providers, and improve the portions that are within our direct control. Because of these limitations, we do not currently claim full conformance for every part of the site.
