Refund policy
We have a 30-day risk-free guarantee, which means you may request a refund for any reason within 30 days of delivery of your first order. We'll refund you for the full cost of one (1) 30-sachet box of Buddy less shipping and taxes, no questions asked. Just email us at hello@getbuddy.co to start the process. To be eligible for a refund, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: We do not offer refunds on 6-month subscriptions. If you’re trying Buddy for the first time, we recommend starting with a one-time purchase or 1-month subscription. Once you know Buddy is right for your dog, you can upgrade to a 6-month subscription.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION AND LOST PACKAGES
We ship all orders via trusted national carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. A shipment is considered fulfilled once it is marked “Delivered” by the carrier. If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received:
- Please first check surrounding delivery areas and allow 2–3 business days, as some carriers may scan packages as delivered prematurely.
- If the package still does not arrive, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
If the issue remains unresolved, you may contact us. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a one-time replacement at a discounted rate. Refunds are not issued for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.
Important: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an incorrect address is provided at checkout, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
